What is This About?
The
ELCA National Youth Gathering takes place every three years.
This is a once-in-a lifetime experience of gathering with 36,000
youth and adults from the USA along with many international
youth. Through service and worship, it is encouraging in our
faith journey to share our love for God, to learn from each
other, to develop new relationships, to engage in new
opportunities. Every youth and adult who attends the gathering
will have the opportunity to serve in some way in New Orleans.
People are still re-building their lives and need our help. On
the way, we will be intentional in growing together as a group,
building relationships as well as visiting museums and the beach
on our way to New Orleans. |
